As a Caregiver with Reliable Home Care, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by helping individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
We're looking for people who understand that sometimes the smallest things—preparing a meal, helping with household tasks, providing personal care, running an errand, or simply spending time with someone—can make a huge difference in a person's day.
What You'll Do
As a Caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one non-medical support based on each client's individual needs. Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Helping with walking, mobility, and transfers
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Changing bed linens
- Basic meal preparation
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Transportation to appointments and activities when authorized
- Medication reminders
- Helping clients maintain their normal daily routines
- Observing and reporting changes or concerns
- Completing required service documentation
- Providing respectful and dependable care in the client's home
This is a non-medical caregiving position. Caregivers do not provide skilled nursing services or administer medications.

Previous experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant, Home Health Aide, CNA, Direct Support Professional, or similar position is a plus, but may not be required for the right candidate.
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Successfully complete required background screening
- Complete company orientation and required training
- Have reliable transportation
- Have a valid driver's license when required for client assignments
- Be dependable and able to report to scheduled client visits on time
