Reliable is seeking experienced B2C Sales Professionals to join our team in Macon, GA. As a Home Comfort Advisor, you’ll be the trusted guide who helps families and businesses find the right solutions for their heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs.
In this role, you’ll:
- Build lasting relationships with customers by truly understanding their comfort goals.
- Generate new opportunities while also supporting our loyal customer base.
- Recommend and sell state-of-the-art HVAC systems that improve energy efficiency and quality of life.
- Partner with our skilled HVAC technicians by preparing quotes, writing proposals and contracts, and even designing customized systems for homes and businesses.
This is more than just sales—it’s about being the bridge between customers and the expert service teams who bring comfort to life every day.
This is a 100% commission role. Compensation is completely based on your performance. Preference will be given to candidates living between Fayetteville and Macon, GA.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for handling all sales leads (self-generated and furnished by the Company) in a timely and professional manner and communicating the disposition of each lead with the Sales Manager.
- Accurately design and quote solutions for residential customers
- Responsible for executing proper follow up procedures with every customer
- Ensures that customer expectations are met and kept throughout the duration of the project to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain sales that meet or exceed the profit margin and closing ratio goals assigned by the Director of Sales
- Make recommendations to the customer regarding the different options they must resolve their wants and needs
- Communicate to the consumer on the proper operation and maintenance of the installed equipment
- Answer related questions as to operation, features, and functions to the homeowner
- Identify new business opportunities by performing direct sales activities and provide support to the administrative personnel as needed
- Maintain company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Achieved 3-5 years of successful B2C sales in home service industries (HVAC, roofing, pest control, gutters, lawn services, etc.)
- Knowledge of HVAC and Trane products preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Ability to properly engineer a job, perform heat load calculations and determine proper equipment sizing
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Attention to detail
- Must pass MVR screening and maintain a good driving record
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
