Job Summary
We are seeking skilled HVAC/R Technicians and HVAC Maintenance Techs to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in HVAC systems, with the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently in the field while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to troubleshoot electrical components of HVAC systems.
- Diagnose issues related to refrigeration and air conditioning units and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored service solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and equipment maintenance.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with HVAC design principles and best practices for installation and repair.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems, refrigerants, and associated tools is essential.
