Field Service Technician

Job description:

The Senior Field Service Technician will take ownership of their daily jobs and be responsible for delivering exceptional floor care services to both residential homeowners and commercial businesses

• Be willing to be trained by our Team Members
  
• Provide floor care including concrete polishing, carpet, tile/grout, vinyl, and protection services to the assigned Commercial and Residential clients
  
• Have a great sense of HUMOR
  
• Create an atmosphere of trust and safety within the home of our clients
  
• Be the textile cleaning expert to our client by educating them about our services
  
• Take care of the equipment and resources you are provided
  
• Ability to effectively communicate with the Client
  
• Have a clean and professional appearance
  
• Enjoy working with your hands and seeing a job to completion
  

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with no accidents, suspension or recent speeding tickets
  
• Ability to lead a crew and work independently
  
• Field Service experience
  
• Excellent communication, time management, organizational and problem solving skills
  
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  
• Kind, understanding, and positive attitude towards our clients and Team Members
  
• Work well in a fast pace, team oriented environment
  
• Some nights and weekends
  

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
  
• Weekend availability
  

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
  

Experience:

• Floor Care: 1 year (Preferred)
  

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
  

Work Location: In person

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour (Paid training starts at $22/hr)
