Project Coordinator (Hybrid Schedule Option) – Based out of Clearwater, FL
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Project Coordinator to help keep our garage door installation projects moving smoothly from start to finish. This person will play a key role in supporting customers, coordinating schedules, managing project details, and helping ensure every job is completed accurately, on time, and with a great overall experience.
This position is based in Clearwater, and we are open to a hybrid-style arrangement for the right candidate, where part of the later shift may be completed from home if their home setup and performance allow it.

Monday – Friday
- 38 total weekday hours
- Shift ends at 7:30 PM or 8:00 PM EST
- Includes either a 30-minute or 1-hour lunch, based on employee preference

What You’ll Do
- Schedule and coordinate installations, estimates, and follow-ups with customers, technicians, and designers
- Serve as a main point of contact for customers by confirming appointments, providing updates, and resolving questions promptly
- Partner with permitting agencies and internal teams to help ensure projects meet compliance and wind-load requirements
- Prepare and distribute project-related documents such as permits, waivers, and notices with accuracy and timeliness
- Help manage failed inspections by coordinating next steps and corrective actions
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of schedules, project status, permits, and customer communication
- Support smooth handoffs between departments to keep projects on track
