We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Field Operations Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of our field operations in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. What You’ll Do
- Lead, hire, train, and manage a team of field technicians and installers
- Ensure optimal staffing levels and coordinate scheduling
- Drive performance across sales and technical skillsets
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to keep field staff fully equipped
- Analyze performance data and implement operational improvements
- Identify trends and opportunities to optimize field operations
- Conduct annual performance reviews and coach team members for growth
What You Bring
- 5 years of team management experience, preferably in the home services industry
- Proven leadership and coaching skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
- Clear, confident communication style
- Valid driver’s license (Minimum of 5 years)
