What You'll Do
- Build relationships with customers primarily by phone to understand their financing needs and present lending solutions
- Obtain and input direct consumer loan application information
- Analyze and evaluate credit applications and assist with loan decisions
- Help customers resolve past-due accounts and identify payment solutions
- Work toward obtaining discretionary credit approval for direct consumer loans
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales or financial experience working directly with customers (call center sales experience preferred)
- Finance, banking, lending, or credit industry experience preferred
- College degree strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships over the phone
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Must authorize and pass a criminal and credit background check
- Bilingual Spanish preferred ( $1 per hour)
