About the Role
We're hiring a Field Operations Manager to lead technicians, warehouse operations, and fleet management. This is a new position—ideal for a builder who enjoys creating systems, not just maintaining them. You will partner directly with ownership to design processes, develop the team, and raise operational standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead, schedule, and support field technicians; oversee daily dispatch and job readiness
- Build systems for inventory control, warehouse organization, and job staging
- Conduct jobsite visits for quality control, sizing, and complex project support
- Implement safety standards and regular safety meetings
- Develop KPIs and hold techs accountable through coaching and performance reviews
- Manage fleet maintenance, inspections, logs, and readiness
- Coordinate equipment rentals, parts sourcing, and will-call pickups
- Improve efficiency through process development and cross-department collaboration
- Manage inventory and ordering materials/parts

Requirements
- Experience leading field technicians or skilled trades teams (required)
- Knowledge of commercial glass, glazing, or door hardware (required)
- Ability to safely lift up to 150 lbs per person as part of a team lift, with or without reasonable accommodation. (required)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required)
- Comfortable with technology (Gmail, Google Workspace, Excel or similar)
- OSHA Certification or equivalent
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, on-site leadership role
- Early start times required to support morning dispatch

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
