Are you motivated by goals, energized by people, and love talking tech? Reliable Communications is hiring Full-Time Wireless Sales Associates to join our growing Cricket Wireless team. Whether you're helping a first-time phone buyer or upgrading a loyal customer, you'll guide them through the best plans, accessories, and devices — and get paid well for doing it.
What You’ll Do as a Sales Associate:
- Sell wireless phones, services, and accessories (in-store, over the phone, online)
- Close sales with confidence — and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Learn our product offerings through hands-on training
- Meet daily/monthly sales targets with pride and consistency
- Assist in opening/closing store operations and maintain visual merchandising
- Help with store appearance, team meetings, and occasional local marketing events
- Be available for weekends/holidays and flexible location shifts as needed
What You Bring to the Table:
- 2 year of customer service experience
- 2 year of sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and social skills – you love helping people
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
