Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Shop Manager located in Arlington, TX. The Assistant Shop Manager will oversee daily shop operations, assist in managing inventory, and support the team in maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. The role involves supervising shop personnel, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring operational procedures are followed. Additional responsibilities may include promoting teamwork, and supporting strategic operational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate directives clearly.
- Proficiency in Management ensuring smooth and efficient shop performance.
- Experience in gas/diesel/heavy equipment repairs
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Familiarity with inventory management and operational efficiency tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar role or the construction industry is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional relevant certifications or training are a plus.
