Reliable Cleaning Service is looking to hire a Coverage Quality Specialists in and around Fort Wayne, IN.
The Janitorial Coverage Quality Specialist is responsible for overseeing all support activities within the Reliable Cleaning Services in the Fort Wayne, IN market. The Quality Specialist will support Area Managers with cleaning facilities located in Fort Wayne and occasionally outlying markets. The ideal Coverage Quality Specialist will possess a minimum of 3 years of cleaning experience and be highly organized, with experience in client services, cleaning, and performing inspections.
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Support Area Managers with cleaning multiple buildings per shift. Provide coverage, and building inspections at client accounts around Fort Wayne and surrounding areas
- Performs daily general cleaning duties for variety of commercial buildings including Office, Light Industria Manufacturing, and Warehouse facilities,
- Duties include cleaning offices, lobby and employee entrance, bathrooms, and breakrooms.
- Standard cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and top to bottom restroom cleaning.
- Deliver and stock inventory, ensure assigned janitorial closets are orderly and stocked with appropriate supplies and equipment
- Complete frequent inspections of assigned accounts to determine cleanliness and ensure quality of work
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license** Will drive company car to customer facilities
- Must pass a background check
