Job Skills / Requirements
We are searching for a Multi-site, Working Supervisor in the Elkhart, Indiana area. Shift hours are 5pm to 1am, 5 days a week. Pay rate of $18 - $20 per hour, depending on experience.
This role will be responsible for:
- Primary cleaning site (20 - 30 hours/week)
- Provides day-to-day supervision of assigned employees, including work direction, coaching, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Ordering supplies when necessary, from area manager & stocking as needed
- Daily communication with area manager regarding customer & employee needs
- Site specific training of new employees
- Inspecting all areas cleaned and documenting inspections
- Standard cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and top to bottom restroom cleaning.
Job Requirements:
*Acceptable criminal background, no theft.
*Ability to be a strong coach and leader.
*Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, stoop, squat, and pull.
*Ability to cooperate, take direction, and willingness to learn.
*Current Driver's License required
