Job Skills / Requirements
We are searching for an Multi-site, Area Manager Assistant in the Elkhart, Indiana area. Shift hours are 3pm to 11pm, 5 days a week. Pay rate of $19 - $21 per hour, depending on experience. This position will also include cleaning hours.
This role will be responsible for:
- Primary cleaning site (20 - 25 hours/week)
- Provides day-to-day supervision of assigned employees, including work direction, coaching, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Ordering supplies, when necessary, from area manager & stocking as needed
- Daily communication with area manager regarding customer & employee needs
- Site specific training of new employees
- Inspecting all areas cleaned and documenting inspections
- Standard cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and top to bottom restroom cleaning.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role as included on resume.
*Acceptable criminal background, no theft.
*Ability to be a strong coach and leader.
*Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, stoop, squat, and pull.
*Ability to cooperate, take direction, and willingness to learn.
*Current Driver's License required
