Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and custodial duties throughout the facility, including offices, restrooms, and service areas.
- Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and building systems.
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues as needed.
- Ensure all areas comply with health and safety standards and company policies.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and maintenance materials; reorder as necessary.
- Support special projects and facility upgrades as directed by management.
- Report any maintenance concerns or hazards to the appropriate department promptly.
- Previous experience in custodial services and/or facility maintenance preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good communication skills and reliable work ethic.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift moderate weights.

- Inspect the interior and exterior of all buildings on the premises and report any discrepancies
- Make minor repairs and record specific repair requests from management
- Replace defective or worn items (for example, light bulbs)
- Landscape and mowing
- Snow/ice removal from parking lots and premises
- Cleaning of the dealership premises, including collecting trash, cleaning windows/floors, and cleaning restrooms
- Painting as needed
- Comfortable working on your own
- General understanding of regulations that affect building operations, such as OSHA, etc...
- Other duties as assigned
