Responsibilities

• Assist in managing purchasing activities using ERP platforms to streamline procurement workflows.
• Support vendor communication efforts by coordinating orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular updates in inventory management software and spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with logistics and production teams to coordinate procurement schedules aligned with production planning and merchandising needs.
• Analyze Excel data for procurement trends, pricing strategies, and supplier performance metrics to inform sourcing decisions.
• Monitor supply chain activities including logistics, inventory control, and materials management to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Experience supporting purchasing management systems with a focus on procurement workflows and vendor relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills for effective vendor negotiation and collaboration across departments.
• Skilled in inventory management techniques, including MRP (Material Requirements Planning), inventory control, and logistics coordination.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management related to procurement activities.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes such as sourcing, pricing strategies, production planning, and merchandising.
• Familiarity with contracts management, e-commerce platforms, accounting software integration, and vendor negotiation tactics.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
