R&P is looking for an experienced professional who wants to join our US Navy PMS 377 Production Support Team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Senior Engineering Production Support Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

- Interface directly with government customers, PARMs, and the shipbuilder to gain an understanding of the aviation system requirements and specifications.
- Work with clients, users, and management to identify areas of concern, resolve issues and support integration efforts within the Aviation systems enclave.
- Work with government clients to identify and manage system risks within the Aviation systems portfolio.
- Develop briefing presentations and other written reports of analysis, and findings for briefing government clients.
- Provides support of shipboard testing, compartment completion inspections, certifications, and trials.
- Records documented deficiencies, their screenings and status.
- Participates in at-sea ship trials and trial card pre-screening.
- Provide engineering and technical services to the Pre-Commissioning (PRECOM) Crew. Must have experience with aviation requirements and Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) procedures.
- Research and develop Waterfront Change (WFC) packages’ statements of work, supporting engineering documentation or sketches, and ship check procedures for installation of Aviation IMRL Equipment into appropriate shipboard spaces.
- Assist in the planning, execution, integration, and oversight of all aviation equipment, support equipment, and spaces.
- Support Aviation Certification delivery schedules and installation support for outfitting new construction ships.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a related field plust at least 6 years related experience OR High School diploma with minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures in ship design, ship production or aviation support systems, desired
- Knowledge of shipbuilding (design, production, test and trials), U.S. Aviation Certification requirements and Post Delivery, desired
- Experience in the operation, maintenance, logistical support or testing of shipboard Aviation Support Systems, desired
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Active secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
