What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Analyst position at Reliability & Performance Technologies ( R&P )?
R&P is seeking a Program Analyst to support the U.S. Navy’s FF(X) Frigate Shipbuilding Program Office (PMS 410). PMS 410 is responsible for the design, production, test and delivery of the U.S. Navy’s next generation Frigate, currently designated FF(X). Work will be performed on-site at Naval Sea Systems Command Headquarters located at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington DC and at contractor facilities nearby.
Provide support to the customer in the execution of the following tasks

Provide support to the customer in the execution of the following tasks
- Manage and maintain weekly and biweekly distribution lists.
- Attend meetings in support of PMS 410, capture meeting minutes, and manage the associated action tracker.
- Oversee and update the customer's SharePoint site.
- Develop briefing packages utilizing MS Office Suite of Products
- Assist in managing the in the FF(x) War Room including aligning schedules to coincide with Program need dates.
- Track and monitor changes to ship allowances.
- Coordinate with the stakeholder community to identify opportunities for improving GFE processes, capturing efficiencies, and enhancing program plans based on best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of experience or a High School diploma with 5-10 years of experience
- Experience working in support of Navy Shipbuilding Programs (Preferred)
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Active DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
