R&P is looking for a motivated professional who wants to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Junior Test Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Salary

Responsibilities
- Track and document daily test execution and progress.
- Provide weekly test burn down graphs, and testing status charts.
- Receive and log all callouts from the Shipbuilder.
- Assign and track actions in the technical support management system.
- Receive and transmit CDRLs to and from the Shipbuilder.
- Support the AIT Manager by providing admin assistance to include:
- Updating work item progress and tracking
- Updating briefing presentations
- Logging communications between AITs and the waterfront and program offices
- Meeting minutes and agenda preparation
- Conference preparation
- Updating MS Team files, memberships, and events
- High School diploma or GED plus 2 or more years related experience.
- Familiarity with working in a shipyard.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Active secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and overall MS Office suite
- Able to communicate with various personnel in written and oral from in a professional manner.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines
- Strong Customer service focus.
- Must be able to work independently and with a team.
