What are the responsibilities and job description for the Amphibious Ship Design Data Environment Analyst position at Reliability & Performance Technologies ( R&P )?
R&P is looking for an individual who wants to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a program analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

- Provide daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior program office personnel.
- Provide detail-oriented management of records, business research analysis, and valuation strategies.
- Support efforts to facilitate and provide required technical information to IPTs, off-sites, working groups, and audit teams.
- Maintain all working documents and store all program deliverables on a PMS377 Amphibious exchange/Integrated Development Environment (IDE) or an approved SharePoint.
- Support in the day-to-day operation, general support, development, maintenance, and administrative support to the Program Office’s approved SharePoint/IDE (PMS377 Amphibious eXchange or equivalent).
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of a searchable electronic inventory of all design documentation produced under this Task Order and utilized by the design team and PMS377.
- Maintain historical electronic documentation using Project Management System - PMS377 Amphibious exchange or approved IDE.
- Archive and store hard copies of historical documentation, along with all other records as required.
- Receive, log, track, and store classified documents, in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Provide comprehensive, detailed, and timely communications and reports to all stakeholders.
- Support various administrative tasks.
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Should have strong computer and analytical skills.
- Must be able to work with various teams.
- Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
