As the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition – Americas, you will lead our US based Talent Acquisition team and shape how we hire across one of our most strategically important markets. Based in Atlanta and reporting to the Global Director Talent Acquisition, you’ll build scalable, data-driven hiring practices, empower our Talent Acquisition team, and partner with senior leaders to ensure we attract and hire exceptional talent.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the US Talent Acquisition team.
  • Partner with senior and executive leaders to align hiring strategies with business priorities.
  • Build a unified, scalable hiring framework that drives consistency, quality, and efficiency.
  • Use data and insights to improve processes, predict workforce needs, and guide decision-making.
  • Strengthen our employer brand and expand our talent reach across key US markets.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Work with our Global Talent Acquisition Leaders to innovate and modernize our TA capabilities through tools, systems, and new approaches.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven leadership experience overseeing Talent Acquisition for the North America (primarily US and Mexico) market, ideally within fast-paced tech or high-growth SaaS/enterprise software environments.
  • Demonstrated success building, leading, and developing high-performing Talent Acquisition teams, with experience creating structure and clarity in scaling environments.
  • A track record of shaping and executing US and Mexico focused talent strategies aligned with aggressive growth goals.
  • Deep expertise in modern recruiting practices, analytics, sourcing innovation, employer branding and AI Adoption.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and consult senior leaders.
  • A passion for empowering Talent Acquisition professionals, driving operational excellence, and fostering an inclusive hiring culture.
  • A growth mindset with the curiosity, adaptability, and courage to innovate and refine how RELEX hires.
