What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Relentless Recovery Inc?
Relentless Recovery is Ohio’s largest repossession company. We work with lenders, nationwide to recover their secured collateral through repossession.
This position requires the ability to think outside the box, multi-task, and use selling/negotiating skills to obtain results. You must have critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills. The key is resolving all account issues for the Client and helping Relentless recover vehicles. You must develop and maintain professional relationships with all customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with Clients and Agents in the field.
- Manage Client Accounts by reviewing and actioning Client requests.
- Manage Client Accounts by reviewing and actioning Agent updates/requests.
- Communicate between Clients & Agents in the field to successfully obtain repossession of the vehicle.
- Inbound & Outbound calls to Clients and their customers & email communication.
- The ability to balance both Client & Agent requests while maintain a high level of Customer Service
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 1-3 years Customer Service experience
- Must be able to navigate between computer programs quickly and efficiently
- Ability to assess the best course of action.
- Excellent Phone Presence
- Strong attention to detail, goal oriented and highly organized
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Demonstrates ability to be team player
- Microsoft Office
Education and Experience:
- 2 years Customer Service experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Effective Decision-Making Skills
