WHAT YOU’LL LEAD
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building, developing, and retaining a high-performing sales team.
- Recruit and lead a growing team of commissioned sales reps supported by our active recruiting system.
- Coach daily in the field, training rookies through live demonstrations, ride-alongs, and real-time feedback.
- Develop producers into leaders through accountability, mentorship, and clear performance standards.
- Drive market growth by building culture, competition, and consistency within your team.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
This role offers uncapped earning potential tied directly to team performance and market growth.
- $160,000 - $240,000 realistic first-year earnings
- $250,000 - $350,000 for established managers
