Responsibilities of an Entry Level Account Manager:
- Build and manage client relationships from the first conversation through close, serving as a reliable and knowledgeable point of contact throughout
- Identify customer needs through consultative conversations and deliver tailored solutions that create real value
- Negotiate and close agreements that drive results for both the customer and the organization
- Develop daily action plans, manage follow-ups, and track your own performance toward individual and team goals
- Collaborate with leadership to refine strategies, share insights, and contribute to a high-performing team culture
- Grow your responsibilities over time — from entry-level account management into a senior leadership role within our team
Requirements of an Entry Level Account Manager:
- Results-driven and independent
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly, listens actively, and presents with confidence
- Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and adapt their approach to meet each client's needs
- Coachable and growth-oriented
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or military service is a plus — not required
- High school diploma or GED required
Pay: $55,000.00 - $67,500.00 per year
