Salary: $180-220k (based on experience)
- Direct a portfolio of digital platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and measurable outcomes
- Establish clear decision-making frameworks for prioritization, tradeoffs, and investment across competing initiatives
- Engage with senior leadership to shape direction, secure alignment, and adjust strategy as conditions change
- Oversee how work is structured across teams, ensuring consistency in delivery approaches and accountability
- Resolve complex dependencies across business units, technical teams, and external partners
- Guide the evolution of platform architecture, including integration approaches and ownership boundaries
- Monitor overall portfolio health, addressing risks related to performance, scalability, and sustainability
- Sponsor key initiatives, removing barriers and ensuring forward progress on critical efforts
- Build leadership capability within product, engineering, and related functions
- Influence how resources are allocated across initiatives to support both immediate needs and longer-term improvements
- Extensive experience leading digital platforms, product organizations, or enterprise technology functions with broad organizational impact
- Proven ownership of large, multi-team portfolios with responsibility for direction, outcomes, and resource alignment
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across complex stakeholder groups
- Experience establishing operating models, governance structures, and decision frameworks at scale
- Track record of guiding organizations through change, including restructuring platforms, teams, or ways of working
- Experience leading leaders, with responsibility for building and developing management layers across functions
- Strong understanding of how enterprise systems are designed, integrated, and sustained over time
- Ability to balance short-term delivery pressures with longer-term structural improvements
