At Relay Fire & Safety, we’re growing fast and expanding our service reach in the DMV region. We’re looking for a Service Sales Executive who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and selling smart — someone who sees opportunity where others see “status quo.”

What You’ll Do

• Sell inspection, testing, and maintenance agreements for fire protection systems
• Build and manage a territory of commercial and industrial clients
• Conduct site visits, evaluate systems, and create service proposals
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Maintain accurate sales data and forecasting in CRM

What You Bring

• 3–7 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferably in fire protection, mechanical, or security)
• Strong understanding of service-based sales and long-term contracts
• Existing relationships in property management, construction, or facilities markets
• A competitive drive, solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
