We are a well-established and reputable massage therapy company with over 25 years of experience in providing on-site therapeutic massage services to employees in corporate environments. Our mission is to help workers relieve the stresses of repetitive motion injuries and physical discomfort by offering therapeutic massage, stretching, and ergonomic assessments in the workplace. For the past 20 years, we have had the privilege of working with companies in the Sarasota and surrounding areas, providing consistent and high-quality services to their team, and now we are looking for a passionate, professional, and driven Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team.

The Role: Recovery Coach
As a recovery coach, you will be providing elite recovery and performance therapy, in an on-site corporate setting. Your role will involve combining various massage techniques with stretching exercises and ergonomic assessments to provide relief from repetitive motion injuries, muscle tension, and physical discomfort. This is not spa massage.

You will be the first point of contact for the employees, and we need someone who is not only skilled in their craft but also possesses exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust with employees, and be a source of positive energy in the workplace.

Requirements:

• Current state license as a Massage Therapist (LMT)
• Current Liability Insurance
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably with skill in Therapeutic massage
• Knowledge and proficiency in a variety of massage techniques
• Ability to assess ergonomic concerns and provide basic ergonomic recommendations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with different types of employees
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a professional environment for employees to receive massage therapy
