We have two locations that have been serving Tucson for over 35 years!!!

It is the only store of its kind locally.

With over 90 stores across the US and Canada, Relax The Back is the nation's largest retailer of the most medically driven, innovative specialty back and neck care products and services. We have assisted the medical and therapy communities, and helped our customers relieve and prevent back and neck pain for over 35 years.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Consultant responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Produce revenue with a consultative approach that includes giving exceptional service and sharing knowledge about expertise
  • Work with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right product to solve their problem
  • Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features
  • Use company resources to maintain our client database
  • Maintain organized and efficient stock areas on and off site in accordance with store direction
  • Properly unload, unpack, and sort merchandise cartons received via freight and ensure readiness of goods
  • Assemble furniture and equipment goods when needed
  • Resolve customer service issues while ensuring positive interaction and customer satisfaction
  • Assist in ensuring that the product presentation area is clean and organized
  • Actively participate in store meetings, training sessions, and marketing programs
  • Achieve goals and high standards of performance
  • Responsible for leading sales team to reach sales targets. Hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales
  • Saturday and Sundays availability required

SKILLS Communicate clearly and exhibit a warm and friendly demeanor when helping customers

  • Must have basic phone and computer skills
  • Must have familiarity with MS Office
  • Ability to work at a safe and steady pace

  • Advanced computer skills desirable

  • Experience in retail sales/customer service preferred, but not required.
  • Background in therapy, exercise training, or medical studies a PLUS!

Payscale depends on experience.

Once training is completed employee will be getting both hourly and commission pay.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
