Job Summary: 

The Commercial Clean Team Member plays a vital role in ensuring pristine environments for our clients and works closely with a dedicated team to uphold cleanliness standards in offices, common areas, and post-construction sites. A keen eye for detail and commitment to client satisfaction will contribute to the impeccable service the company delivers. The Commercial Cleaning division requires work after normal business hours (5:00 PM). Night and weekend shifts may be required. This position reports directly to the Commercial Cleaning Supervisor.

Primary Duties: 

• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting and wiping surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, emptying trash and recycling bins, cleaning and restocking restrooms, and sanitizing high-touch areas in various commercial settings.

• Perform floor care, including occasional stripping and waxing.

• Address client needs promptly to ensure high satisfaction.

• Conduct routine inspections and maintain equipment, reporting any issues as necessary.

• Handle heavy cleaning duties and assist with special projects, such as window washing.

• Manage provided cleaning supplies, including refilling from self-dispensing machines.

• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment.

• Act as a liaison with the Commercial Cleaning Supervisor, reporting issues and suggesting proactive solutions.

• Assist in the completion of work orders – filling out arrival/departure times and job notes accurately on company Apps.

• Participate in other company activities as assigned.

Experience: 

• Experience with cleaning in a commercial or industrial environment is preferred.

Licenses & Certificates:

• Valid driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged period of standing and walking, and frequently pulling, pushing, bending, and working overhead.

• Must safely lift and maneuver 25 pounds independently, with assistance required for weights exceeding this limit.
