Position Summary

The Porter is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the property. This role works closely with the maintenance team to ensure our community always looks its best while providing exceptional service to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the property's grounds, breezeways, parking lots, and common areas.
• Pick up litter and debris throughout the community.
• Empty trash receptacles and assist with valet trash areas as needed.
• Clean the clubhouse, office, laundry rooms, fitness center, pool areas, and other amenity spaces.
• Assist with apartment trash-outs and prepare units for new residents.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and property damage.
• Help maintain landscaping appearance, including blowing sidewalks and keeping entrances clean.
• Assist the maintenance team with general tasks as assigned.
• Ensure the property maintains exceptional curb appeal at all times.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous porter, groundskeeper, janitorial, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
