We are very excited to be entering a phase of transformation and seeking a Manager of Electrical Service & Operations to help lead the next chapter of the company. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role focused on improving operational performance and efficiency to build high performance teams and drive sustainable, profitable growth.

What You’ll Do

• Reporting to the President & COO, the Manager of Electrical Service & Operations will oversee the electrical contracting service operations and estimations for commercial and residential projects across existing and new business throughout Florida and particularly in Central Florida.
• Align field and team leads by establishing clear performance standards and accountability for consistent execution and scalable business expansion.
• Drive operational strategy focused on scalable revenue growth, strong P&L performance, margin improvement, and long-term profitability, while supporting the company’s goal of expanding market share and achieving annual sales growth targets of 15% or greater.
• Analyze current operations and implement strategic improvements, including scalable systems, streamlined processes, performance metrics, and operational standards that improve team work, efficiency, communication, workflow, and execution across departments.
• Partner with ownership to identify opportunities for business expansion, operational innovation, customer retention, and service enhancement while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
• Serve as a company ambassador at regional industry and networking events, leveraging market insights to drive operational excellence and identifying strategic growth opportunities.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 15 years in the electrical contracting business with a focus on managing customer service, operations and estimations for commercial and residential projects in Central Florida a must.
• Proven record of leading high-performing teams, driving operational strategy and customer service excellence.
• Must be an established professional with deep, active roots in the Central Florida electrical and construction business community.
• College degree or FL electrical license and/or EC license a plus.
• Well versed in operational and financial oversight, and P&L management with a focus on driving performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Proficient with software and technology used to manage projects, scheduling, and operations within the electrical contracting industry.
• Customer service oriented along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must reside in the Central Florida area.
