Your Role at Relatient
We’re seeking a Configuration Consultant Intern to join our team in the Greater Atlanta Metro area. This role offers a hybrid work environment, providing a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Support Senior Software Design Consultants in evaluating and improving complex scheduling workflows
- Partner with Software Design Consultants to optimize products and enhance patient access
- Create visuals, reports, and documentation to support service delivery and implementation
- Help design and streamline processes to accelerate software modernization initiatives
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula creation, advanced formatting, and data analysis
- Understanding of basic coding logic
- Ability to work onsite in the Atlanta office at least once per week
- Strong interest in process improvement and problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills, including experience with VBA scripting, are a plus
- Take ownership and follow through with accountability
- Communicate clearly and collaborate across teams
- Continuously improve and look for opportunities to automate
