Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, providing detailed property
information and guiding them through the leasing process.
• Coordinate and schedule property tours, ensuring all prospective residents have a seamless and
personalized experience.
• Support the leasing team with administrative tasks, including preparing lease agreements,
processing applications, and managing correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records in property management software, ensuring data integrity for all
leasing-related activities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and
in-person interactions.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including creating promotional materials and maintaining
property listings on multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with the leasing and property management teams to improve the resident
experience and meet occupancy goals.
