The Row is Fulton Market’s tallest high-rise, offering generous convertible, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, including penthouses, all with sweeping views of the surrounding cityscape, and a full suite of amenities informed by how today’s renters live, work and recreate.

• Perform upkeep of the property’s common areas and grounds to standard.
• Engage in minor maintenance work in coordination with building maintenance team.
• Assist in preparation of vacant units with maintenance team.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents while performing job duties.
• Inspect property and equipment regularly to ensure proper functionality.
• Perform snow removal and/or landscaping as needed.
• Maintain building supplies and inventory in proper condition.
• Communicate with management to address safety concerns as needed.
• Support site and office operations as assigned by manager.
  
  

Compensation:

$22.82 an hour

Local Union 1 Benefits

Schedule will be a Split Shift:

Saturday and Sunday: 7:30AM-3:30PM

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: 2:00PM-10:30PM

Days Off: Thursday and Friday

Qualifications

• 1-2 years prior janitor, cleaner, or porter experience
• Must be reliable and have experience working with cleaning chemicals
• Must be a team player and be able to work with little supervision
• Excellent time management skills and work ethic needed
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand for an 8 hour shift
• Light maintenance knowledge is a plus
