What You'll Be Doing

• Cleaning: Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold the cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the residential community. From pristine lobbies and spotless hallways to polished elevators and perfectly maintained common areas, your meticulous touch will make a difference.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members, including maintenance staff and property managers, to address resident requests and assist with various tasks as needed. Embrace a teamwork mentality to create a harmonious and efficient work environment.
• Safety : Monitor and address potential safety hazards, such as wet floors or obstructions, to ensure the well-being of residents and visitors. Report any maintenance concerns promptly to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Efficiency : Efficiently perform cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and window cleaning, while adhering to established protocols and schedules. Your ability to manage time effectively will contribute to a smoothly run operation.
• Customer Service : Build positive relationships with residents through friendly and professional interactions. Respond promptly and courteously to their requests and inquiries, ensuring their needs are met while fostering a sense of community.
• Trash Removal : Maintain community by promptly removing trash, debris, and recycling materials from designated areas. Ensure all waste is properly disposed of in accordance with recycling and environmental guidelines.
  
  

Compensation

• $21.00 - $24.00 / hour
  
  

We have AM and PM shifts available.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years prior janitor, cleaner, or porter experience
• Must be reliable and have experience working with cleaning chemicals
• Must be a team player and be able to work with little supervision
• Excellent time management skills and work ethic needed
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand for an 8 hour shift
• Light maintenance knowledge is a plus
