Key Responsibilities -
Executive Operations
- Manage complex, fast-moving calendars with a focus on strategic prioritization of the President’s time.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and briefing materials.
- Prepare daily and weekly briefings, quarterly briefings ensuring the President is equipped for meetings, decisions, and upcoming commitments.
- Serve as a liaison to senior leaders, site teams, and external partners, representing the President’s office with composure and diplomacy.
- Track deadlines, follow-up items, and key initiatives to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Draft, edit, and finalize written communications on behalf of the President, including announcements, memos, acknowledgments, and leadership updates.
- Support the development of content for internal initiatives, cross-functional projects, and organizational updates.
- Partner with Communications and other teams to align all materials with brand messaging and visual standards.
- Create polished, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Support layout, formatting, and design of reports, decks, and executive materials.
- Assist with the creation of visual assets for meetings, updates, and communication campaigns.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, off-sites, team events, and special programs.
- Manage logistics including scheduling, agendas, communications, vendor coordination, catering, and on-site support.
- Ensure events reflect RMC’s service standards and elevate the employee and stakeholder experience.
- Act as an extension of the President’s office, cultivating strong, professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact with discretion, tact, and sound judgment.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and service.
Compensation range is $95,000 - $110,000

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 5–8 years supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment; real estate, hospitality, or property management experience is a plus.
- Exceptional writing skills and the ability to adapt to the President’s voice and communication style.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particular strength in PowerPoint and presentation design.
- Experience in communications, light marketing support, or content development strongly preferred.
- High emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Professional presence, sound judgment, and comfort working with executives, partners, and high-profile individuals.
