What You'll Do
Program Standards & Governance
- Develop and maintain platform-wide standards for project execution, including cost management frameworks, schedule templates, reporting cadences, and stage-gate processes
- Establish a program management playbook that can scale across multiple concurrent data center developments
- Define and track KPIs across the portfolio; surface insights and drive corrective action where needed
- Own the program-level cost reporting structure, ensuring consistency in how budgets are tracked, forecasted, and communicated across all projects
- Partner with project controls, finance, and procurement to standardize cost code structures, change order protocols, and contingency management practices
- Lead monthly cost reviews and present portfolio-level financial status to senior leadership
- Develop and maintain master program schedules, integrating inputs from design, procurement, construction, and commissioning workstreams
- Identify schedule risks and interdependencies across projects; drive mitigation strategies proactively
- Ensure all project teams are aligned to standard milestone definitions and reporting formats
- Design and manage a structured onboarding process for General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, and Mechanical Contractors
- Develop onboarding documentation, compliance checklists, system access protocols, and orientation materials that get contractors productive quickly and aligned to company standards
- Partner with legal, procurement, and safety to ensure onboarding meets contractual and regulatory requirements
- Conduct post-project retrospectives and translate lessons learned into updated standards and processes
- Benchmark against industry best practices and introduce tools or methodologies that improve program performance
- Support the evaluation and implementation of project management technologies and platforms (e.g., Procore, P6, PowerBI)
What You Bring
- 8–12 years of program or project management experience, with a strong focus on large-scale construction or infrastructure development
- Demonstrated experience managing data center, mission-critical, or complex industrial construction programs preferred
- Deep understanding of construction delivery methods and contractor ecosystems (GC, EC, MC relationships)
- Proven ability to build and implement standards, processes, and governance frameworks from the ground up
- Strong financial acumen — comfortable owning cost reports, interpreting variance analysis, and presenting to executive audiences
- Proficiency with scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) and project management platforms (Procore, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without direct authority
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
