full ownership of the propertys maintenance needs while delivering

Essential Job Functions

• Complete service requests in a timely manner and interact with
  
  

residents to ensure their needs are met.

• Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established time
  
  

frames.

• Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds, addressing safety
  
  

issues immediately with management.

• Conduct advanced routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing,
  
  

electrical, and carpentry repairs.

• Perform cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds
• Inspect property and address maintenance concerns proactively.
• Provide coverage for emergency maintenance on call
• Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and report any
  
  

shortages.

**ANTICPATED SALARY RANGE**

• \$26.00-\$28.00 /hr.
• Annual Performance Bonus
