Essential Job Functions

• Assist in completing work orders from resident service requests by
  
  

diagnosing issues and making repairs in accordance with established

policies and safety standards.

• Oversee the \"make-ready\" process for vacant apartments, including
  
  

conducting inspections, creating maintenance task lists, scheduling

contractors, obtaining supplies, and ensuring all tasks are

completed to a high standard.

• Develop and maintain cleanliness and appearance standards throughout
  
  

the community, ensuring all areas, including grounds and common

spaces, reflect the companys high quality.

• Inspect the building and property daily, addressing safety issues
  
  

promptly.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and respond to emergency
  
  

repairs after hours.

• Make budget recommendations for maintenance line items to the
  
  

Community Manager.

• Order and maintain inventory of building materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to obtain bids for repairs
  
  

and replacements.

• Ensure the general upkeep of building common areas and grounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Anticipated Salary Range

• \$25.00-\$33.00 per hour
• Annual Performance Bonus
• This position is Non-Exempt, meaning eligible for overtime pay
• This range is provided as a general guideline and reflects what we
  
  

reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual

compensation may vary depending on a variety of factors, including the

candidates qualifications, geographical location, and the specific

responsibilities of the role. In addition to salary, this position may

be eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits

package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time
