The Revenue Management Strategy Manager will partner closely with Business Unit leaders, Sales, Finance, Pricing, strategic accounts, and distributor partners to drive revenue growth and margin expansion. This individual will translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations, establish pricing governance and frameworks, and help drive adoption of best-in-class revenue management practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial execution of pricing and revenue management strategies across multiple business units.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Revenue Management and key stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Pricing, and Business Unit leadership.
- Translate analytical insights into actionable pricing decisions and commercial recommendations.
- Define and execute pricing strategy, governance, and guardrails across business units, products, and customers.
- Partner with strategic accounts, distributor relationships, and commercial leaders on pricing and contract negotiations.
- Identify and drive margin improvement opportunities through discount optimization, contract alignment, and program economics.
- Align Revenue Management initiatives with business unit growth and profitability objectives.
- Drive adoption of pricing frameworks, including price bands, customer segmentation, and deal review processes.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving pricing systems, workflows, and operational alignment.
- Monitor pricing performance, variability, and in-market realization to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Support change management efforts that strengthen pricing discipline and commercial execution across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Commercial Strategy, Financial Analysis, or related disciplines.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence pricing, profitability, and strategic decision-making.
- Proven analytical skills, including experience with financial modeling, regression analysis, correlation analysis, and pricing analytics.
- Ability to quickly synthesize complex information and develop actionable business recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex business challenges using data, analysis, assumptions, and sound judgment.
- Excellent collaboration, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.

Preferred Experience
- Experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Food & Beverage, Foodservice, Packaging, Manufacturing, or other commercially driven industries.
- Experience with pricing software such as Price FX or similar platforms.
- Exposure to Power BI, SAP, Salesforce CRM, or other business intelligence and ERP systems.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading cross-functional initiatives.
