Kickstart your career as a Mechanical Engineer - Field / Reliability (Hybrid), supporting industrial customers to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime. As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll support equipment reliability initiatives with a strong focus on lubrication best practices, maintenance optimization, and industrial performance. You'll work hands-on with customer teams, gain exposure to real-world industrial operations, and develop practical solutions that make a measurable impact.
What You'll Do
- Support equipment reliability and maintenance initiatives
- Perform hands-on work (lubrication, oil sampling, inspections)
- Assist with audits and identify improvement opportunities
- Analyze data and help track performance metrics (MTBR, etc.)
- Work with experienced engineers and learn industry best practices
- Provide support and training to customer teams
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, etc.)
- 0-2 years of experience (internships/co-ops welcome)
- Interest in hands-on, field-based work
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work on-site 2-4 days/week (hybrid)
Nice to Have
- Exposure to maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing
- Familiarity with tools like SAP or CMMS systems
