The Dental Sedation Center of Connecticut is seeking a Dental Anesthesiologist to provide anesthesia services in a newly opened, state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and select dental practices throughout Connecticut.
This is a unique opportunity for a Dentist Anesthesiologist, Dental Sedation Specialist, or Office-Based Anesthesia Provider who wants to help build a high-quality clinical program while delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide general anesthesia, deep sedation, and IV sedation
- Deliver anesthesia services in an ASC and dental offices
- Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
- Ensure compliance with anesthesia safety protocols
- Manage emergency airway and anesthesia situations
- Collaborate with dentists, surgeons, and nursing staff
- Participate in quality improvement and clinical initiatives
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support development of clinical workflows and best practices
Required Qualifications
MUST HAVE
- Completion of an accredited Dental Anesthesiology Residency
- Eligibility for Connecticut Dental License
- Eligibility for Connecticut Dentist Anesthesiology Permit
- Experience administering general anesthesia and deep sedation
- Strong airway management skills
- Commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ASC experience
- Office-based anesthesia experience
- Pediatric anesthesia experience
- Multi-site clinical experience
- Leadership or program development experience
Salary : $400,000 - $425,000
