What You'll Do
- Support commercial construction projects daily.
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and closeout documents.
- Maintain project files and documentation.
- Assist project managers and field teams.
- Process project billing and subcontractor invoices.
- Coordinate subcontractor paperwork and compliance.
- Assist estimating, takeoffs, and bid packages.
- Build strong subcontractor and vendor relationships.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2 years commercial construction experience.
- Experience coordinating construction projects.
- Read construction drawings and blueprints.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication and organization.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work onsite and visit job sites.
Nice to Have
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Procore or RedTeam.
- Construction Management education.
- Estimating or quantity takeoff experience.
- Commercial GC or CM experience.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
