CNC Lathe Machinist (Setup Programming) – Fanuc/Okuma

- What You’ll Do
- Set up CNC lathes from engineering drawings
- Program & edit using Fanuc / Okuma controls
- Run multi-axis CNC lathe machines
- Perform first article inspection (FAI)
- Hold tight tolerances consistently
- Optimize feeds, speeds, tooling
- Troubleshoot machining issues
- Use micrometers, calipers, gauges
- Must-Have
- 5 years CNC Lathe Machining experience
- Strong CNC Setup Programming
- Experience with Fanuc and/or Okuma
- Read blueprints, GD&T
- Experience in precision machining / tight tolerances
- Hands-on with inspection tools
- ITAR requirement: U.S. Citizen / Green Card
- Nice to Have
- Aerospace machining experience
- AS9100 / ISO 9001 environment
- Materials: Titanium, Inconel, Stainless Steel
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor, Shopkeeper)
- Exposure to CNC milling machines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
