Rejuvn8 Aesthetics is Upstate New York's leading Medical Spa with locations in Syracuse, New Hartford, Rochester and Albany, NY. We offer a wide range of medical aesthetic treatments including Botox, Filler, Laser Hair Removal, Hydrafacial, and more! We are one of the fastest growing aesthetic brands in Upstate New York. As a result of our growth, we are looking to add a Medical Assistant to our Syracuse, NY clinic. (dental assistants welcome to apply)
The Medical Assistant will assist the provider and ensure they are able to deliver the highest level of patient care in an efficient manor. In addition to assisting the provider, the Medical Assistant will facilitate a positive guest experience by enhancing the flow of each client’s time in the clinic, and maintaining follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention. This position is crucial in creating a positive experience during and after a client’s visit, contributing to the overall success of the Rejuvn8 brand. The medical assistant will also be cross trained in our reception role and may from time to time cover receptionist duties.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the client experience throughout their visit
Assist with client follow-up
Assist treatment providers to ensure optimal work flow
Prepares patients for treatments/procedures
Set up and turnover treatment rooms
Ensure clinic is clean and presentable to clients
Help maintain clinic supply and retail inventory
Assist with social media & marketing campaigns
Cross train as receptionist to cover sick days/vacations
Maintain patient safety and privacy
Ability to work in a face paced clinic setting and be able to be self motivated to complete tasks
This is a part-time job with an expected 4 work days per week
Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma/GED
1-2 years of medical office, customer service, or sales based retail experience preferred.
Ability to learn web based programs including but not limited to electronic health record, google suite services (email, docs, sheets, etc), client messaging, and social media.
Be able to work in a team based environment.
Must be available to work during our clinics operating hours.
Must have strong interpersonal skills, welcoming patient communication, and the ability to establish and maintain patient relationships.
