Under the supervision of the Owner, COO, and Director of Operations, the Nurse Practitioner will use clinical judgment and build rapport with patients under Rejuvime care while collaborating with the clinical team to provide exceptional care. Incumbent is to display a high level clinical knowledge when delivering quality care aligning with company mission.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Maintain complete and detailed records of patients' health care plans in EMR.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostics when identifying potential patients for therapy services and dosing in accordance with protocols.
- Provide consultation with patients in person and by phone, as well as ordering lab work.
- Perform aesthetic assessments and treatments such as Botox and hyaluronic acid fillers.
- Conducting and monitoring hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
- Educate patients on the treatment process and pre/post care recommendations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- Current certification and licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Master of Science in Nursing from accredited college or university
- Board Certifications from either AANP or ANCC
Preferred Education or Experience:
- Prior related experience is preferred
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry up to 15lbs. Role will be subject to an office clinical environment which is subject to indoor conditions. Physical demands include but are not limited to standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, manual dexterity, stooping, kneeling, crouching, vision acuity, talking and hearing.
