Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN)Founding Clinical Team | Luxury Medical Spa
Rejuven8 Med Spa is a brand-new luxury medical spa opening in Canoga Park, built on clinical excellence, advanced technology, personalized care, and an elevated client experience.
We are seeking a motivated, skilled, and client-focused Registered Nurse to join our founding clinical team and grow with us from day one.
This is more than a traditional RN position. We are looking for someone who is passionate about aesthetics, enjoys building meaningful client relationships, and understands how to guide clients through personalized treatment journeys that deliver exceptional results.
As a founding team member, you will have the unique opportunity to help shape the culture, treatment standards, and client experience of a growing luxury medical spa from the very beginning.
Position Details
- Initial part-time onboarding and training period
- Expected transition into a full-time role as client volume grows
- Compensation: $45–$60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

What You'll Perform
- Microneedling treatments
- RF Microneedling treatments
- IPL / Photofacial procedures
- RF Body Contouring treatments
- Advanced skin rejuvenation services
- Botox and Dermal Filler treatments (based on experience and service expansion)
- Comprehensive client consultations and treatment planning
- Patient education and post-treatment follow-up
- Building long-term client relationships and retention
- Recommending customized treatment plans, treatment packages, memberships, and skincare solutions
You will play a key role in establishing treatment standards and helping shape the client experience from the very beginning.
Sales & Consultation Skills
Success in this role involves more than delivering excellent treatments.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable educating clients, building trust, and confidently recommending treatment plans, packages, memberships, and skincare products that support long-term results.
The ideal candidate enjoys consultations, understands relationship-based sales, and can effectively guide clients toward treatment plans that help them achieve their goals.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in medical aesthetics and feel comfortable performing advanced aesthetic procedures.
Preferred experience includes:
- Microneedling
- RF Microneedling
- IPL / Photofacial
- RF Body Contouring
- Botox injections
- Dermal Fillers
- Medical Spa experience
- Client consultations and treatment planning
Prior experience with Botox and Dermal Fillers is strongly preferred. However, we are open to candidates with strong aesthetic experience who are eager to continue developing their injectable skills.
