We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented individual to join our leasing office team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment, and has strong computer and communication skills.
The candidate must be bilingual in English/Spanish. Organized, and able to provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective and current residents in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with general office communication
- Show available apartment units and property amenities to prospective tenants
- Assist with leasing paperwork, applications, and resident files
- Perform administrative and data entry tasks accurately
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Provide support to the property management and leasing team as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive resident relations
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning property management software
- Professional phone presence and communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
- Previous leasing, property management, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
