What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Cook position at Reit Education?
We are looking for a dependable, organized clean and experienced cook for our facility.
Preschool Cook
- M-F 7:30am-4:30pm
Job duties include:
- Preparing 2 snacks and 1 meal from a provided menu.
- Prepare and deliver meals to classrooms.
- Clean up and prep for following day.
- Keep kitchen clean and organized at all times.
- Communicate issues with administration.
- Complete any assignments given by management.
Requirements:
- Must be available for paid training prior the Saturday before your official start.
- 1 Years of cooking in a Nursing Home/Healthcare/School or commercial kitchen is required
- Professional at all times with,children, co-workers and management
- Good communication skills and a great attitude
- Ability to work independently and use critical thinking skills to problem solve.
- Basic cooking/Safe Food Handling Practices
- Looking for an individual who enjoys cooking and children.
- Basic Math/reading skills, and the ability to follow directions.
- You must be able to clear a background check W/O exemptions. No DUI'S, No non-traffic misdemeanors
- Must be able to start immediately
