What’s the role about?
As part of our team you’ll be joining our Orlando Bloomingdales location on a Seasonal part-time basis as our Sales Associate, who is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our management team to achieve sales and operational goals.
Who you are
- You’ll have 2 years experience in a customer facing role in a premium or luxury retail environment
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be motivated, focused and driven to achieve individual and team goals
- Be a team player
- Ability to work under pressure

- Delivering a premium and tailored customer service experience
- Providing in depth knowledge of the brand and our products
- Communicating appropriately and effectively with customers, team members and management
- Maintaining visual standards
- Acting as a Reiss Brand Ambassador

Supports the Team to positively support the brand
- Supports the team to represent the brand with their personal styling, grooming standards, demeanour and overall appearance
- Educates the team on our brand identity and ways of working

- Makes sure all aspects of silent-service, brand standards and store cleanliness are maintained

Supports the team to deliver an elevated service experience
- Leads by example demonstrating how to deliver a personalised service experience using the Reiss Experience CIC philosophy, across all customer interactions and touch points
- Prioritises the customer making sure that they always feel appreciated and valued
- Demonstrates they are an expert by inspiring and advising customers with all available products and services
- Demonstrates how to build and nurture customer relationships, creating a loyal customer base
- Helps the team keep up to date with all product, fabrics, design direction, latest trends to inspire and style outfits to suit the customers
Supports the team to achieve targets and deliver expected results
- Understands store targets, budgets and KPI levers
- Motivates and helps the team to deliver personal sales targets and KPI’s
- Ensures the team know how to use all tools and services available to achieve personal targets
- Delegates effectively
- Understands how to read the commercial reports in store
- Ensures all team members understand what is required of them in their role and the impact they have on the business
Supports the team to maintain a safe and operationally efficient store environment
- Ensures the team adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Complies with all health and safety procedures and checks in store
- Ensures the store is opened and closed safely and efficiently
- Supports the team to complete all stock in and out processes accurately and within deadlines
- Helps the team to meet all online order deadlines
- Ensures all operational procedures are met to prevent any loss to store i.e. cash or stock
- Deploys the team effectively across the store to complete required tasks and meet deadlines
Supports the team to be their best
- Adapts their communication style for individuals
- Provides clarity when providing instructions or giving direction
- Gives praise and regular feedback to the team
- Demonstrate how to accept and receive feedback
- Records and/or escalates any performance issues in store
- Ensures the team complete required training
- Encourages the team to share their point of view
- Supports the team with issues and difficult situations, knowing when to escalate to management
