What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Specialist position at REISS?
As part of our team, you’ll be joining our Bloomingdale’s concession at the Shops at Riverside on a full-time basis, as our Brand Specialist, who is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and motivating team members while supporting management with operational and sales goals.
Who you are
- You’ll have previous experience within a premium or luxury retail environment
- Experienced with being a brand ambassador
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have excellent organizational and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering an exceptional customer service experience
- Supporting the opening and closing of the Store
- Ensuring sales targets are continuously met
- Working to meet KPIs for the store
- Act as the face of the brand for your store
